Overview
Kerry Scanlon, a litigator who works on wage and hour class actions, discrimination and other complex cases, joined McDermott as a Washington office partner and national labor and employment litigation head, along with Jeremy White (partner) and two associates from the same prior firm. Mr. Scanlon said his decision to make the move was personal and in part was due to McDermott’s collegial atmosphere.
