LONDON (October 8, 2014) — International law firm McDermott Will & Emery today announced that Nicholas Holland has joined as a partner in its international Private Client Practice Group, based in the Firm’s London office.
Nick’s practice focuses on advising institutional trustees and private clients in connection with trusts and estates particularly involving multi-jurisdictional and offshore disputes.

Nick was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor in British Columbia in 1997, in Ontario in 2001, as an Attorney at Law in the Cayman Islands in 2008, and as a solicitor in England and Wales in 2010. He joins McDermott from Bircham Dyson Bell LLP where he was the Head of Contentious Trusts and Estates. Nick is recognised as a leading lawyer in both Chambers and Legal 500.
