McDermott Creates a Banking and Financial Center in Paris with the Arrival of Pierre-Arnoux Mayoly

Pierre-Arnoux Mayoly has joined McDermott’s Paris office to head the banking business and finance practice, strengthening the office’s capability to serve the financial sector. Mr. Mayoly acts for both borrowers and lenders and has extensive experience in structured finance transactions and particularly LBO financing, acquisitions, and financing of funds for debt restructuring.
