Overview
Diana Hund has added a Franco-German focus to McDermott’s private equity practice in Paris. As counsel she assists on transactions and growth efforts for German companies wishing to invest in France and vice versa. Ms. Hund joined the office from the same firm as Henri Pieyre de Mandiargues, Carole Degonse and Grégoire Andrieux, who arrived earlier this year.
