Laurent Ayache, partner, accompanied by Charlotte Michellet and Camille Spegt, was counsel to Corsica Ferries as the Administrative Court of Bastia ordered the government of Corsica to pay compensation of nearly 85 million euros for damages caused to Corsica Ferries from competitors who were supported by state aid deemed incompatible with the law of the European Union.
