WASHINGTON, DC (Oct. 26, 2017) — International law firm McDermott Will & Emery announced today that Christopher Adams is joining McDermott Discovery as Chief Strategic Counsel resident in the firm’s Washington, DC office. Chris’ arrival represents one of the many ways McDermott is deepening its commitment to providing clients with best-in-class discovery services.
As Chief Strategic Counsel, Chris will assume executive leadership of the group and will work closely with McDermott lawyers to offer full-service discovery-management solutions specifically tailored to each client. He’ll leverage his years of experience implementing integrated eDiscovery solutions and information management for complex litigation and investigations to ensure the Firm is delivering the most innovative and cost-effective offerings to clients.

Managing Director, Keri Paley, will complement the skills Chris brings to McDermott’s eDiscovery team. Together they will drive McDermott’s eDiscovery to deliver cutting-edge, customized solutions that fit clients’ needs.

Chris brings to McDermott a well-balanced perspective from experience that includes international law firm work as well as vendor-side eDiscovery consulting. Most recently he was with Consilio where he led discovery and strategic consulting teams of professionals in the United States and Europe. Chris received his JD from George Mason University School of Law and a BA from the University of Maine.
