Overview
CHICAGO (June 15, 2022) – International law firm McDermott Will & Emery has received high accolades from the Legal 500 United States 2022 for creativity, client service and outstanding legal knowledge.
Overall, the Firm received 40 practice rankings, including four in Tier 1 and ten in Tier 2. Additionally, the Firm received 182 individual lawyer recommendations, with 70 lawyers recommended for the first time, including 13 ranked in the ‘Hall of Fame,’ 14 lawyers listed as ‘Leading Lawyers,’ nine lawyers recommended as ‘Next Generation Partner’ and three as ‘Rising Stars.’
Once again, the Firm’s Health practice maintained Tier 1 rankings in both Healthcare: Service Providers, and Healthcare: Insurers. The practice provides a full spectrum of services in the healthcare space, with clients noting the Firm’s “creativity to come up with an “outside the box” idea for consideration.”
McDermott’s Tax practice ranked Tier 1 in US Taxes: Contentious and Non-Contentious for the sixth consecutive year. Clients note the team to be “Practical, efficient, honest, responsive, knowledgeable.”
