Ira Coleman said that as McDermott’s new Chair he will pursue change by “putting in a place a culture of drive and determination. A place where happiness really matters. A place where our younger partners are a clear focus of attention.” He emphasized implementation of the Firm’s new strategic plan focused on “our power alleys” of health care, tax, high-end litigation and cross-border transactions while growing in New York, London and China.
