NEW YORK – McDermott Will & Emery is pleased to announce the addition of Daniel Doron as partner in the Firm’s Employment Practice Group residing in the New York office. Dan will work closely with the Transactions Practice Group using his extensive experience advising on both sides of corporate transactions to support an increasing need among clients for employment counsel throughout the lifecycle of complex deals.
Dan focuses his practice on labor and employment aspects of M&A transactions. He also counsels clients on all facets of compliance with federal, state and local employment laws and assisting clients in formulating legally compliant employment policies and practices.

Dan will ensure we provide comprehensive employment support for our corporate clients and transactional partners across the firm.”
McDermott launched its stand-alone Employment Practice earlier this year with 20 employment attorneys across Los Angeles, San Francisco, Chicago and New York.

Previously a partner at Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP, Dan received his JD from the University of Michigan Law School and a BS in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.
