NEW YORK – McDermott Will & Emery today announced the arrival of cross border dealmaker David M. Grimes in the Transactions Practice Group in New York. With more than 30 years of experience, David represents companies and private equity firms in their acquisitions, dispositions and joint ventures as well as banks and other financial institutions in their financing transactions and restructurings.
David established himself as a leader in the legal industry after co-founding Reed Smith’s office in Paris, acting as managing partner of the New York office and serving as head of its Cross Border Transactions Practice Group. David has built an excellent reputation as a corporate practitioner with an extensive deal sheet and recognition from M&A Advisor for “Cross Border M&A Deal of the Year.” His work spans a variety of industries, with particular experience in life sciences, media, industrials and manufacturing and financial institutions.
