McDermott Will & Emery, a leading international law firm, today announced that Fabrizio Faina has joined the Firm’s Milan office as a partner in the corporate practice.

Fabrizio’s practice focuses on M&A and corporate law matters, with an emphasis on acquisitions and dispositions, joint ventures, private equity deals and reorganizations. He regularly advises Italian and international clients in a variety of industry sectors on cross-border and domestic transactions.
