Jay Singer and David Sherwood joined the corporate tax practice of McDermott’s Washington office from a boutique tax firm, where they advised some of the world’s largest multinationals on the tax aspects of complex corporate transactions, financial products and partnerships. Mr. Singer said he considers McDermott to be a “premier tax law firm” with “a team of tax lawyers that I think is tough to match anywhere else.”
