Albert Sokol has brought nearly 40 years of experience in venture capital, private equity investments and M&A deals to McDermott’s Boston corporate and transactional practice group, citing the Firm’s broad geographic footprint as “very appealing” to his clients. Such breadth is “unusual to my mind among firms of this sort,” Mr. Sokol said, noting “fine offices in Asia — China and Korea — and a bunch in Europe, not just in London, but Paris, Italy and Belgium.”
