McDermott Hires Prosecutor with FCA, Health Care Focus

Rebecca Martin, an experienced litigator from the Southern New York US Attorney’s Office, has joined the New York office’s litigation practice to focus on internal investigations and False Claims Act issues for health care companies, financial institutions and others. Ms. Martin pointed out that McDermott has “probably the best health law practice in the country. They have all this in-house expertise on all of the ins and outs of health law. Having access to that kind of expertise is unusual, and a pretty extraordinary thing.”
