McDermott Hires Trio of Corporate Partners in Paris to Bring Head Count to 45

Henri Pieyre de Mandiargues, Carole Degonse and Grégoire Andrieux have joined McDermott’s Paris office, bringing to 45 the total number of lawyers in the office. The three new partners all focus their practices on private equity and LBO transactions and will significantly enhance the Firm’s M&A practice.
