MILAN– McDermott Will & Emery’s Italian practice has been shortlisted by Toplegal in five categories for the upcoming TopLegal Awards 2018.
Reflecting McDermott’s exceptional strength in the areas of tax and project finance, the Firm and individual McDermott lawyers have been selected as finalists in the following categories:
- Tax (consultancy) Law Firm of the Year – McDermott Will & Emery
- Tax (consultancy) Lawyer of the Year – Andrea Tempestini
- Tax (litigation) Lawyer of the Year – Mario Martinelli
- Public Finance Lawyer of the Year – Marco Cerritelli
- PPP and Public Procurement Lawyer of the Year – Marco Cerritelli
The winners will be announced at the annual awards ceremony held in Milan and Rome on 19 November and 27 November. A panel of independent, distinguished judges which include general counsels and members of Italy’s business elite will review the information received from all shortlisted firms and decide on the winners.
