McDermott’s Dallas expansion encompassed six new partners joining the Firm. On the M&A team, Wilson Chu is well known for creating the American Bar Association’s M&A Deal Points Studies, while Soren Lindstrom represents clients in complex US and international transactions and Greg Hidalgo advises private equity and other clients in complex public and private M&A deals. In technology and outsourcing, Jason Krieser and Shawn Helms will lead that new practice, and David Guedry has 25-plus years of national recognition for his work on highly visible outsourcing arrangements.
