Ben Goldberger joined McDermott as partner in the Litigation Practice Group in the Boston office. “The folks in the litigation group come out of all sorts of state and federal government positions, and the firm knows how to help then acclimate to private practice and help them be successful, more than any other place I have seen,” Goldberger said. “That convinced me this was the place I had to be.”
