- Best Law Firm Advisory Team – Sustainable Finance: McDermott’s impact finance team, led by Ranajoy and supported by Priya Taneja and Siddhartha Sivaramakrishnan, acted as lead counsel to the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees in launching a landmark Global Islamic Fund for Refugees – an innovative, first-of-its-kind $500 million Shariah-compliant global fund, established to address the developmental and humanitarian needs of millions of forcibly displaced people.
- Women in Law – Best Initiative to Attract and Retain Talent: Guided by an #AlwaysBetter mantra, McDermott launched Women Together London, a networking group created to empower positive change and provide a more balanced and gender-neutral workplace. Since its launch, the hands-on, all-women network has fostered an even more inclusive, encouraging environment for women in McDermott’s London office.
