McDermott has named Jennifer Mikulina as head of the Firm’s global trademark prosecution practice, effective February 1, 2014. Ms. Mikulina, Chicago-based partner in the Firm’s Intellectual Property Prosecution, Transactions & Strategy Practice Group, will focus on driving continued growth for the Firm in this key area.
