May 8, 2014 – Intellectual Property Today (IP Today) continues to rank McDermott as one of the top trademark law firms in the United States in its annual Top Trademark Firms survey. McDermott ranked 21st among 202 law firms and individuals. Firms are ranked according to the number of U.S. trademark registrations issued in 2013. In 2013, McDermott increased our number of registered trademarks, up over 11 percent from 2012.
