LOS ANGELES (April 10, 2018) – International law firm McDermott Will & Emery is proud to announce that first chair litigator, Russell Hayman, has been named a “Client Service All-Star” in the 2018 edition of BTI’s annual report recognizing the nation’s top lawyers for excellence in client service. Nominated and selected by corporate counsel, the list distinguishes individuals with stand-out performances for their exceptional dedication to the clients they serve.
Russell is an experienced trial lawyer who represents clients in complex criminal and civil cases. His recent achievements include favorable federal jury verdicts on behalf of Plantronics, BlackBerry and Diablo. Russell is also an integral part of McDermott’s roster of highly regarded health care litigators. His recent cases include criminal and civil health care fraud matters, as well as complex antitrust, patent and trade secret federal jury trials.
Chambers USA 2017 praised Russell for his client service; with his peers saying he is “exceptionally diligent and thorough in his investigative work” with skills as “an extremely effective oral advocate.”
McDermott’s has a history of being recognized by BTI for client service, most recently with the selection of three Client Service All-Stars in 2017, including skilled trial lawyer and former chairman, Peter J.
