Garnered through peer recommendation, Simon’s achievement is particularly impressive, as it is his fourth appearance in the last in the past five years, having featured in the 35 under 35 in 2016 (as an associate), 2018 and 2019.
The eprivateclient list highlights future leaders of the private client world in the UK and offshore based on feedback from peers and other senior members of the wealth management community on exceptional legal services and individual achievements.
Simon focuses his practice on tax advice, trust and estate planning for UK and non-UK resident and domiciled individuals, including the protection and devolution of trust assets. While he advises on all aspects of personal taxation and structuring, his practice has an emphasis on the structuring of family businesses through trusts and foundations. Simon is regularly involved in both non-contentious and contentious tax work.
