CHICAGO (February 8, 2016) – Two McDermott Will & Emery partners have been named “Client Service All-Stars” in the 2016 edition of BTI Consulting Group’s (BTI) annual report surveying the nation’s top lawyers in the area of client service.
This is the third time Chicago-based corporate responsibility and governance partner, Michael Peregrine, has been named a BTI All-Star, and it is the first time Chicago real estate partner, Ankur Gupta, received the recognition.

Mr. Peregrine, a partner in the Firm’s Health Industry Advisory Practice Group, represents corporations (and their officers and directors) in connection with governance, corporate structure, fiduciary duties, officer-director liability issues, charitable trust law and on corporate alliances. He is recognized as one of the leading national practitioners in corporate governance law, serving as outside governance counsel to many prominent corporations, including hospitals and health systems, voluntary health organizations, social service agencies, colleges and universities and health insurance companies.
