McDermott Partners With Spanish Firm On Cuba Matters

Jeffrey Stone said that McDermott and Spain’s Olleros Abogados “are poised to deliver a full-service approach to clients doing business both from and into Cuba” through their strategic arrangement, with Peter Sacripanti adding that “we see Cuba as a significant opportunity for McDermott and our clients.” David Goldman called the arrangement a “close joint marketing relationship,” and the two law firms have worked together already for several years on a number of matters (including corporate, M&A, arbitration, litigation and tax) according to spokesman Christopher Rieck.
