Overview
Pierre-Arnoux Mayoly was named partner in the Paris office effective January 1, 2016. He has a strong background in structured finance transactions and particularly financing for LBOs, acquisitions and debt restructuring. Mr. Mayoly’s appointment “recognizes his leadership and skill at serving our clients, and his contribution to the firm’s success,” said office partner-in-charge Jacques Buhart.
