McDermott has added a six-partner team to its Dallas office, including a three-partner mergers and acquisitions group and three partners who advise in the technology and outsourcing sectors. All came from another major law firm. New partner M&A Wilson Chu said of the Firm, “Where they’re really good they’re really deep.” The other new M&A lawyers are Soren Lindstrom and Greg Hidalgo, joined by technology and outsourcing lawyers Jason Krieser, Shawn Helms and David Guedry. All will expand McDermott’s cross-border M&A work, said David Goldman.
