WASHINGTON, D.C. (February 4, 2014)—International law firm McDermott Will & Emery LLP and nine of the Firm’s partners have been named among the world’s best trademark firms and practitioners in the fifth annual World Trademark Review 1000 (WTR 1000) produced by World Trademark Review.
McDermott and nine partners received high marks and outstanding accolades from commentators, clients and peers, in the 2015 WTR 1000. For the fifth year in a row, McDermott maintained high rankings for the Firm’s overall strength in trademark matters, (including enforcement and litigation, prosecution and strategy) both nationally and internationally, as well as in the District of Columbia Metro Area, California, Illinois and London. The publication highlights McDermott’s “dedication to the highest standards of client service…” and “smart, fair, thorough, tough when necessary [attorneys]…” and notes that the Firm “maintains a robust international soft IP practice catering to companies in every conceivable industry sector.”
