For the third consecutive year, leading international law firm McDermott Will & Emery ranks #1 for healthcare private equity in PitchBook’s 2019 League Tables.
McDermott was credited with 72 private equity backed healthcare transactions in 2019—35% more deals than the second-place firm. In total, the Firm completed 342 M&A transactions in 2019, 156 of which were focused in healthcare.
