International law firm McDermott Will & Emery represented Grupo Kuo, S.A.B. de C.V. (Grupo Kuo), a Mexico-based industrial and commercial global holding company, and its affiliates, in obtaining a $300 million revolving credit facility from a club of leading international commercial banks. Grupo Kuo and its subsidiaries are a leading manufacturer and seller of consumer business products, chemicals and auto parts in North America, Europe, Asia and other international markets.
- The transaction was closed and announced on April 5, 2022.
- Bank of America, HSBC Bank, BBVA, JPMorgan and Rabobank are lead arrangers for the financing.
- This credit facility provides Grupo Kuo with a committed revolving credit line until 2027, providing flexibility and liquidity to Grupo Kou as well as reaffirming the partnerships it enjoys with its relationship banks.
