Milan (May 17, 2017) – McDermott represented Guangdong Xingye Investment LLC, which is the controller of the listed Chinese Group Guangdong SACA, and its affiliates, in the negotiation, documentation and execution of the acquisition of a majority stake (more than 90%) in C.M.I. Cerniere Meccaniche Industriali S.r.l., leader in the production of household appliance hinges with branches in Italy and Poland.
The 70% of the corporate capital has been sold by ItalGlobal Partners. The operation foresees the continuity with Mr. Eros Gherardi and Ms. Teresa Ghedini, the founders, and Mr. Paolo Santini, CEO, retaining participations of about 9%.
