PARIS (September 19th, 2017) – McDermott Will & Emery has advised Edmond de Rothschild Investment Partners (EdRIP) on its acquisition of G3S Alyzia. Established by Mr. Serge Sellan in 2000, G3S Alyzia is a major player in airport services and ground handling operations both in Paris and throughout France.
The restructuring of the shareholding has allowed the founder to become the majority shareholder. Through its ActoMezz vehicle, Edmond de Rothschild has acquired a minority equity interest of the company. The operation has been financed through senior debt as well as mezzanine financing in two tranches subscribed by ActoMezz.
