McDermott Snags Ex-Orrick IP Pro for Silicon Valley Office

Kieran Kieckhefer cited McDermott’s “phenomenal trial practice and IP trial practice” as reasons for leaving another major law firm to join the Silicon Valley office as an IP partner.
