Sarah Hogan, who joined McDermott’s Boston office as a health care partner from another major law firm and who will help clients structure agreements to handle technology demands in reimbursement, said that “given my focus in the health and life sciences industries, McDermott’s excellent national reputation in those areas is a natural fit for me, and I’m thrilled to be here.” Practice chair Stephen Bernstein praised Ms. Hogan as “skilled” at “understand[ing] the technological aspects, the licensing components of IT contracts and the regulatory overlay — all rolled into one.”
