Roy McDonald, who focuses on anti-corruption and Foreign Corrupt Practices Act matters, as well as securities and business litigation, joined McDermott’s Silicon Valley office as a partner, coming from another major law firm. Mr. McDonald praised the Firm’s “impressive client base” in the life sciences and technology sectors where he practices, noting that changing regulation and technology make it “particularly interesting and fulfilling to be advising companies and clients in those spaces.”
