Overview
McDermott has created “a one-stop shop for services that clients have typically had to go to multiple service providers for,” said Eric Zimmerman, co- leader of McDermott’s new health-consulting subsidiary, called McDermott+Consulting, designed to offer an interdisciplinary approach to health-care clients. “Client need and client requests” were behind the creation of the new unit, said co-leader Paul Radensky. Five more nonlawyer professionals from McDermott will be in the unit providing lobbying and strategy services, data analytics and policy advice, including lobbyist Andrea Bergman, who will be vice president of the wholly owned subsidiary.
