The Czech company of the automotive supply industry was sold by a Swiss insolvency administrator in the course of the insolvency proceedings of Michel Präzisionstechnik AG.

McDermott cooperated with the law firm Havel Holásek & Partners with regard to the Czech aspects of the transaction as well as with Niederer Kraft & Frey, regarding the legal aspects of the Swiss insolvency proceeding.
