Overview
Gary Emmanuel has joined McDermott’s New York office as a corporate advisory practice group partner. He has extensive experience working on initial public offerings and follow-on capital markets transactions for emerging biotech companies in the US and Israel, and will continue to focus on guiding deals in the biotech space. Mr. Emmanuel praised McDermott as a health law leader, and said he saw his move “as a great opportunity in order to … really grow my own practice of working with healthcare-related companies.”
