Thomas Young has become a partner in McDermott’s U.S. and International Tax Practice Group, based in Chicago. Mr. Young, previously a senior manager of international tax at a Big Four accounting firm, focuses on complex corporate transactions and international tax matters, including structuring foreign acquisitions and internal restructurings.
