McDermott Will Adds Silicon Valley M&A Partner from MoFo

David Lipkin brought his experience representing technology and life sciences companies and private equity investors to the Silicon Valley office as a partner, joining from another major firm. With a special focus on M&A capabilities, Mr. Lipkin will help grow the Firm’s transactions group in Silicon Valley and throughout California.
