David Momborquette joined the Firm as a partner in the Litigation Practice Group in the New York office. “Another goal that I try to achieve in training is to get employees to understand how broad our insider trading laws are. They need to consider how a critical regulator is going to look at their trading with the benefit of hindsight,” said Momborquette. “Insider trading law is nuanced and still unclear in some areas. Clients get frustrated when the law or the government won’t tell them where the line is.”
