Wilson Chu said of the synergies between the M&A and technology groups added to the Dallas office from another major law firm: “It gave us a pop. It always gave us a pop, and it continues to give us a pop.” Mr. Chu, who focuses on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, will lead the Dallas M&A team, including partners Soren Lindstrom and Greg Hidalgo.
