Overview
Emmanuelle Trombe of McDermott’s Paris office was co-counsel advising Arterial Remodeling Technologies (ART) on its purchase option contract with Terumo Corporation for collaborating on the development of an active bioabsorbable stent for the treatment of coronary disease. ART retains full ownership of all applications of bioabsorbable stents other than those covered by the agreement.
