Frankfurt, 16 October 2020 – McDermott Will & Emery advised Joh. Berenberg, Gossler & Co. KG (Berenberg) as sole global coordinator and sole bookrunner on the €250 million sale by the German investor Themis Beteiligungs-Aktiengesellschaft of its shareholdings in Dermapharm Holding SE.
Dermapharm Holding is a leading manufacturer of patent-free branded pharmaceuticals for selected markets in Germany.
The McDermott team led by Simon Weiß and Joseph W. Marx regularly advises Berenberg Bank on capital market transactions, most recently on capital increase of CORESTATE Capital Holding S.A. and the placement of treasury shares of CompuGroup Medical SE & Co. KGaA.
