Nikolaus von Jacobs led a McDermott team that advised European financial investor Penta Investments on the integration of CopperING into the Gehring Group, a global automotive supplier which Penta sold in 2016 with McDermott as legal counsel. The McDermott corporate, IT, employment, real estate and antitrust team included 19 lawyers from the Munich, Düsseldorf and Milan offices.
