Emmanuelle Trombe, Anthony Paronneau and Antoine Vergnat of McDermott’s Paris office, along with Julia Jacobson in Boston and Martin Milner in Washington DC, advised the French pharmaceutical company Servier in concluding a strategic partnership with Intarcia Therapeutics, Inc. for Servier to develop and commercialize exclusively outside the United States and Japan a type 2 diabetes treatment drug.
