Ira Coleman, McDermott’s incoming chair, said, “I love bringing energy to a project and working with people and really helping to inspire them to be the best they can be. I want everybody to … say, ‘I made myself so much better this year that I’m giving our clients even more value.’” Jeffrey Stone said he and Peter Sacripanti stepped down as co-chairs because “the future looks extremely bright, and Pete and I thought it was the appropriate time to make a change,” adding there is “tremendous excitement across the firm and very deep support for Ira.”
