McDermott Will Nabs As Many As 15 Attys From K&L Gates

McDermott expanded the Dallas office with two new teams that could include as many as 15 technology and M&A lawyers from another major law firm. Partners Wilson Chu, Soren Lindstrom and Greg Hidalgo will make up the new M&A team, while Jason Krieser, Shawn Helms and David Guedry work in the Firm’s new technology and outsourcing team.
