McDermott Advises CEO of Student Aid in his Return Participation in the Group

Frankfurt, May 18, 2017 – International law firm, McDermott Will & Emery, advised the CEO of student aid group, Dieter Werkhausen, in his return to the company group. Dieter Werkhausen, together with Oakley Capital Private Equity, a London financial investor, and Michael Strehler, as the new Managing Director, will acquire the shares of Deutsche Beteiligungs AG (DBAG) in ZGS Verwaltungs-GmbH. ZGS Verwaltungs-GmbH is the parent company of the student aid group.
