We are pleased to announce that McDermott’s Italian Practice has received the “Tax Restructuring Law Firm of the Year” Award at the Italian LegalCommunity Finance and Tax Awards ceremony, held on 24 March in Milan.
Carlo Maria Paolella, Head of the Italian Tax Practice, accepted the award on behalf of the whole Italian Tax Team including partners Mario Martinelli and Andrea Tempestini, associates Federico Bortolameazzi, Alessio Persiani, Giuseppe Mazzarella, Simone Serretti and trainees Luca Angelini and Blasco Monteforte Specchi.
This year McDermott was nominated in 10 categories and was distinguished as one of the firms with the highest number of nominations, with listings in nearly all categories for which the Firm was eligible. It is the second year that McDermott receives recognition from LegalCommunity, in 2014 the Italian Practice was nominated in various categories of the LegalCommunity Tax Awards and was named “Transfer Pricing Law Firm of the Year”.
